Coral Cottage - Walk to beach, state park

We had a great stay with our family! My son's favorite part was the balcony; bird watching and playing card games. Perfect spot on the north end, quiet neighborhood with friendly locals keeping an eye on things. Easy access to both the boardwalk areas and also heading the other way to our friend's, first landing and LynnHaven area. The beach was just steps away and quiet and we barely noticed the downstairs neighbors. The house was clean with tons of space and cozy beds. We would look to book again for any future trips!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The layout of the place was great and it was clean and well-maintained. Check-in/check-out was easy. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Virginia Beach!

The property is relatively nice but overpriced, especially for the location. The house is a good size but you are sharing it with downstairs neighbors who blast music on the weekends and when they cook you will smell it throughout the house. Their dogs are also quite loud. The kitchen is of decent size but the cookware is deteriorating and gross. When we arrived someone had used the master bathroom and not even flushed the toilet so I had to unclog it myself. The water pressure is awful. I had to repair the laundry room door which almost collapsed on top of me. I will say that the mattress topper on the master bed was pretty comfortable but it kept moving and was stained. The traffic noise comes right into the bedroom so if you’re a light sleeper it will affect your rest. The nicest thing about the property itself is the second floor porch. It is very serene as long as the neighbors are not out. I do not recommend relying on the backyard if you have dogs. The gate is falling apart and is not particularly safe. It’s also extremely small. During our two week stay someone tried breaking in through the back gate. I brought this to the property manager’s attention but they did nothing about it. Anchor Realty has been very difficult to work with in all capacities, unfortunately. Do not expect much from them in the way of communication or customer service and support. They will also charge your credit card without proper notice or approval so be prepared. Very displeased overall,

Was a great spot ! We had our dogs , and the only problem was the back patio gate lock was broken - so difficult to leave dogs outside

The place was better than the pictures, a short walk to the beach and a great location. Fantastic stay
